BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE

Organizational Meeting: Tuesday March 3^rd @ 9:30am

Public meeting: Wednesday March 11^th 3pm – 9pm

Public meeting: Thursday March 12^th 9am – 3pm

The Board of Review will meet as many more days deemed necessary to hear questions, protests and appeals. By board resolution, residents are able to protest by letter, provided protest letter is received prior to March 12^th at 3pm.

The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2026 are as follows:

Agricultural 54.22% 0.92217

Commercial 47.11% 1.06135

Industrial 52.63% 0.95003

Residential 46.66% 1.07158

Personal Property 50.00% 1.00000

The Township will provide necessary reasonable services to individuals with disabilities at the Board of Review meeting upon 2 days’ notice.
