BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE

Organizational Meeting: Tuesday March 4^th @ 9:30am

Public meeting: Wednesday March 12^th 3pm – 9pm

Public meeting: Thursday March 13^th 10am – 4pm

The Board of Review will meet as many more days deemed necessary to hear questions, protests and appeals. By board resolution, residents are able to protest by letter, provided protest letter is received prior to March 13^th at 3pm.

The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2025 are as follows:

Agricultural 38.81% 1.28833

Commercial 48.01% 1.04145

Industrial 43.47% 1.15022

Residential 47.81% 1.04581

Personal Property 49.99% 1.00020

The Township will provide necessary reasonable services to individuals with disabilities at the Board of Review meeting upon 2 days’ notice.
